Hi dear,

If there is a problem with the product or if the online upgrade fails, please do a PC upgrade.

Please note：Please check the software version of the product before PC upgrade, because A2AIR has two kinds of upgrade files(1506 & 1512), update the product version need to know the corresponding PC upgrade file in order to succeed.

Steps to view the software version：
1. Please connect A2AIR to your car, open the WIFI page of your phone, and connect the WIFI of your device “AUTO-XXXX”.
2. After the WIFI connection is successful, please use the browser on your phone to enter “192.168.1.101”, after entering the new page,

1. Remove encryption software

2. Add wifi channel selection

3. Optimize AA callback stability
