Cabin care Upgrade
Cabin care currently does not support upgrading through a computer. Please use a mobile phone for online upgrade.
iPhone Upgrade
Option 1: Already connected to wireless CarPlay
- Open Safari.
- Enter 192.168.1.101.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Check the current software version.
- Tap Update if a new version is available.
Option 2: Not connected to wireless CarPlay
- Turn on WiFi on the iPhone.
- Connect to the Cabin care WiFi. The WiFi name is the same as the Bluetooth name.
- Enter password: 88888888.
- Open Safari and enter 192.168.1.101.
- Scroll down and tap Update if available.
Android Upgrade
- Turn on WiFi on the Android phone.
- Connect to the Cabin care WiFi. The WiFi name is the same as the Bluetooth name.
- Enter password: 88888888.
- If an Internet access notification appears, select YES or Keep Connected.
- Open a browser and enter 192.168.1.101.
- Scroll down and tap Switch P2P.
- Go to Settings → WiFi → Advanced Settings → WiFi Direct.
- Connect to the Cabincare device. No password is required at this step.
- Open 192.168.1.101 again in the browser.
- Tap Update if a new version is available.
Notes:
Android Auto wireless connection is not supported for upgrades. Tutorial videos may show a different product model, but the upgrade procedure is the same. Please refer to the actual product you purchased.

- Modified system broadcast information to display unified CarPlay & Android Auto (CPAA) identification.
- Optimized Android Auto performance for smoother UI fluidity and navigation.
- Fixed a compatibility issue on the 2026 GMC Acadia AT4 where split-screen mode could not be displayed.
- Fixed visual distortion and glitches caused by repeatedly switching between Split Screen and Picture-in-Picture (PiP) modes.
- Fixed an issue on Chery Tiggo 8 Pro head units where tapping Split Screen or PiP controls had no effect.
- Fixed a black screen issue when viewing navigation maps in Android Auto.
- Reduced video/UI stuttering when invoking Google Assistant in Picture-in-Picture mode.
