Important Notice: Firmware Version Compatibility

Please note that A0611, A0613, and A0614 are distinct software upgrade packages. Using an incorrect upgrade package will not initiate the update process. Please ensure that you identify and download the correct upgrade file for your specific device.

How to determine your correct software version:
  1. Check System Info: View your current software build number directly on your device's system settings / info interface.
  2. Trial by Exclusion: Try inserting a USB/TF card with each of the three upgrade files one by one into your device; the system will only trigger the upgrade process when the matching file is detected.
  3. Contact Technical Support: Submit your system logs to the Ottocast technical support team, and we will identify and provide the exact matching upgrade package for you.
