CA400 FAQ

1. Prepare a Micro SD card and format into FAT32

2. Copy firmware file named “update.zip” to the root directory of Micro SD card

3. Power on the adapter until entering the Android system, next insert the card

4. Tap “Wipe data and format flash” on pop-up notification, next tap Install to start updating. (When starting the upgrade, blue light flashing quickly, upgrade will continue about 5 minutes; after the upgrade is successful, the light will turn to be red)

5. After updating is finished, the system will restart. Remove the card.

1：Prepare a Micro SD card, format into FAT32, and create a new folder named “boxlog”；

2：Inserting the Micro SD card into the PICASOU 2 adapter, it will automaƟ cally copy the log files to the card；

3：Remove the Micro SD card and send us the whole boxlog-folder.

2：Select “Allow” when “Use Carplay Car” pops up on your phone.

3：Phone – Settings – GeneralCarplay car, empty the connected device inside; Phone – Settings – General – Transfer or Restore Iphone- Restore – Restore network Settings, restart the phone and reconnect；

4：Play2Video is directly connected to HDMI cable, the rear display can be directly used without debugging plug;Automatically compatible with multiple screen size and resolutions

Settings > Network and Internet > Hotspots and Network Sharing >WLAN Hotspots > Enable > Clear the Bluetooth /WIFI record of the phone and the Play2Video and reconnect againSettings > Network and Internet ；

1: Please set and open the hotspot in the iPhone;

2: Please go to the wifi connected to the mobile phone in the product;

3: Select the screen mirroring function in the iPhone after connecting to wifi;

1: Please enable the Mirroring software, select Android, and then scan the code in your Android phone to download the screen projection app;

2: Please complete “Connect Bluetooth” and open the mobile phone hotspot in the mobile APP;

3: Please connect the hot spot of mobile phone in the product;

4: Please click “Start screen Projection” in the mobile APP and it can be used normally;
