1. Find a USB flash drive <32GB, format it as FAT32, and put the update file in it
2. Copy this file (update.img) to the USB root directory.
3. Connect the box to the car or charger, and after the LED is always on, insert the USB into the USB port of the box, and the box will be automatically upgraded
4. Wait for about 2 minutes, we can see that the LED flashes quickly, all LEDs are always on, the upgrade is successful
5. Unplug the USB and reconnect the U2-X

1. Connect U2-X to the car, open the WIFI of the iPhone, and connect the WIFI “AUTO-XXXX”.
2. After the WIFI connection is successful, open the website “192.168.1.101” in the browser and enter the online software upgrade page
3. Fill in the relevant information on the Settings page in as much detail as possible, and then submit the question.
1.If you have connected to the Android Auto wirelessly, disable Bluetooth and forget the WiFi network first.
2.Join the adapter’s WiFi network [AUTO-xxxx] again by manual and the password is 88888888
(Tap YES if there is a pop-up notification of internet access)
3.Enter 192.168.1.101 on smartphone browser, next tap “Switch P2P”
4.on your phone, go to WiFi >> Advanced settings >> WiFi direct, tap [AUTO-xxxx] and make sure it has connected.
5.Again, enter and access “192.168.1.101” from your browser. Press the “update” button if your software update is available, the download will start automatically.
6. Once the download is completed, the installation will start automatically with the Red and Blue LED flashing rapidly.
7. Please note: the Red and Blue LED becomes constantly lighting when the whole update is finished. And wait for another 30s before the final step.
8. After 30s from the last step, unplug and plug your device into your car USB jack. After your device reboot, please enjoy.
