1. Prepare a Micro SD card and format into FAT32
2. Copy firmware file named “update.zip” to the root directory of Micro SD card
3. Power on the adapter until entering the Android system, next insert the card
4. Tap “Wipe data and format flash” on pop-up notification, next tap Install to start updating. (When starting the upgrade, blue light flashing quickly, upgrade will continue about 5 minutes; after the upgrade is successful, the light will turn to be red)
5. After updating is finished, the system will restart. Remove the card.

2. Inserting the Micro SD card into the PICASOU2 adapter, it will automatically copy the log files to the card；
3. Remove the Micro SD card and send us the whole boxlog-folder；

3. Restore the factory Settings of the box. If it still fails, add a piece of paper to the back of the SIM card to make it thicker to check whether the goldfinger is in poor contact;
4. The APN Settings are incorrect. Perform the following steps to set the APN: Settings > Network and Internet > Mobile Network > Advanced > APN> Select an appropriate APN> Save and finish.

Settings > Network /wifi> Clear the Bluetooth /WIFI record of the phone and PICASOU 2 and then restart and reconnect again
